I’m off to the Ministry of Higher Education this morning, with proof that the actual e-mail address I gave them some 18 months ago is very much functioning, and that the people at the end of that e-mail address say they have never ever received a request from the Ministry of Higher Education. Wish me luck.

This is something usual when we sens a letter to Ministry of Higher Education, the request is always late.
