Fair is
fair.
My insurance company did make made a real effort to get me back into the herd.
Somebody in the company read my mail, and kicked some @#$. And with good
result. I did not change company, my car
insurance has been renewed, and I am forever grateful for the person who read
my post and took action.
If (s)he is not the owner, (s)he should get a
promotion!
The power of print cannot be underestimated.
