Where do you get your meat as fresh as this? Slaughtered right that morning, on the doorsteps of the butcher shop. You can point out the part that you want, and they slice it right off the beast. A sheep, if I am correct.  Could be a goat. It'd have to be a ram then, because I see some testicles hanging there. This is in the open air, by the way. So you got to get there early in the morning. In order to protect them from flies, they often cover them with wet white cloth.
