It does look like the paint is different, or one was painted long before the other and faded with age.I'm also intrigued by windows, the eyes into the souls of other lives. There are so many interesting ones the world over.
Wow, where do you find these windows? Achrafieh? They are beautiful!
I liked the iron bars in the previous picture, making one feel less imprisoned :)
